I am working with my bank and they are cooperating…forget it! Keep dreaming, it ain’t so.
NO, THEY ARE NOT COOPERATING; THEY ARE SIZING YOU UP AND PREPARING FOR THE TAKE DOWN, THE LIQUIDATION, AS IT IS SURE TO COME.
You are fooling yourself. It is not going to work out for you. Stop this insanity and pay attention.
A simple fact: It is estimated by many bankers we speak to, that at least 95% of the loans that go into the Special Assets Department or the Workout Department or whatever it may be called, end up liquidated. That’s a fact. In fact that’s the plan, the pre-existing mindset, their context. It is their last opportunity to milk more payments, seize or perfect more collateral, gain additional collateral, gain additional guarantors, locate additional assets they will later seize. It’s all a preparation for what surely will come, liquidation. Improving their position, while they have you cooperating thinking you are truly gaining ground and effectively working your issues out.
Another fact, the bank will only do a few things such as:
a. Allow interest only payments for a short while – Big deal! What happens in a few months when full payment returns?
b. Extend amortization period, lowering monthly cash flow out – Great! Even longer payback period which is unaffordable in the long run and never a chance to build equity.
c. Reduce interest rates, reducing cash flow out – Will help a little but it is putting a band aid on a broken bone.
d. Possibly even allow a deferment, nonpayment, for a few months – Great until it’s over, then what?
None of these addresses the real problem: too much debt, not enough revenue.
In the end you will have only postponed the inevitable… failure, foreclosure, auction and the remaining unpaid debt falls to your personal guaranty and you will have lost your business and then be confronted with a huge debt you cannot repay. It is a very ugly situation and is happening every day all over the country.
Since I know very well, that most small business owners want to pay their bills, honor their debts and commitments, I understand your desire to cooperate with the bank when the bank sounds as if they want to do something positive that may work.
But when you took out the debt, borrowing money based on revenue and projections that warranted such debt and it was affordable; you had no idea that a deep and dark recession was about to engulf us all.
However, it did. Now you cannot possibly afford the level of debt you once could as now your revenue is deeply diminished and cannot cover large debt commitments. What to do?
There is only one option, one alternative, one plan of attack that works: debt forgiveness. It’s our strategy as it reduces and removes the principal debt, forever, including your personal guaranty. No bankruptcy, no legal process, a pure business strategy that ends with deep, debt forgiveness.
When so many people I speak with tell me the bank is working with them so they are ok, I know they are kidding themselves and not looking very far down the road when the relief is over and the demand for full payment returns.
Even if the restructure is long term, you will never enjoy any equity in your business as any sale of the business will result in a full payback to the bank… not you.
It is not the right conclusion. The bank entered into this deal with the same assumptions you made, current and projected revenue will remain in line with the debt owed so it can effectively be serviced. If the revenue is gone, and everyone made a mistake, why shouldn’t everyone who is in the deal suffer appropriately and share the losses together. It was a failing on both sides: bank and borrower, I do not understand why the bank believes and borrowers follow the need for borrowers to shoulder 100% of the loss and banks to enjoy 100% of the gain. It is not a moral issue; it is not a matter of keeping your word. The contract assumptions failed, both parties to the loan should share in the losses.
Do the workout we propose, with debt forgiveness. Working with the bank is fulfilling their goals, 100% payback, nothing for you.
Stop believing the bank is working with you, it is not so. They are working towards liquidating you in the most meaningful way for them and then chasing you for the shortfall on your personal guaranty. That’s what you are going to get… a stick in the eye.

However, if you do not have a landing page to assist you, you may need to increase the value of information provided in your own blog or website where the visitor is able to get more information on the product or service that they are deciding to purchase.
Thus, it is not about playing mind tricks with your visitors to buy your products. What you need to do is to create a situation whereby both parties benefit from. Your prospects have to be assured that they are benefiting at first. They do not care if they make you a winner or if you benefit anything from it. As long as you are giving them what you want, it does not matter for anything else.

You have the potential to make $250,000 you first year in online marketing, but will you? You have by now seen all of the claims and videos out there saying that you can make HUGE amounts of money online in your first year. You see people fail everyday online because they do not follow a system that works. Most people will pick up a new system and try it for a week or even a month. They find a new system and try that one for a month and end up not having the success and instant gratification that they need so they drop that system and look for a new one. This cycle repeats itself over and over until the person eventually gives up. That is why 97% of all people fail in online marketing.
I am going to tell you right up front that this cycle or trap is one that I personally was a victim. I would go out and search for a system to make money online. Then I would try that money making system and fail within the first 30 days. I would then go look for another system, try it and fail once again. I rapidly realized that I was going to fall into the category of 97% of people that fail online. This scared me to death! After all I wanted the lifestyle that internet marketing provided. I wanted the time and financial freedom that is available with internet marketing. I wanted to be able to provide for my family and give them the life that they deserved! So I knew that I had to do something.
My pivotal point in my success in online marketing was realizing that about 99% of these online money making systems were complete BS! What Niche Marketing Really Is and Is Not

It is just one of those hard, cruel facts of life that the big dogs have all of the cash they need to publicize and sell their products and us tiny fellows are on advertising budgets that are so little they most likely don’t mount up to what the big dogs spend on paper clips in a month. Competing with the big boys isn’t feasible or possible , in fact. So what are us tiny guys supposed to do?
Niche marketing is our answer. We can’t publicize our services and products to the world at large but we do not have to be in a position to do that to be able to make a pretty decent living thanks to the Net.
Niche selling is selling specific products to a limited audience. One individual with a P. C. , an internet connection and a brilliant idea can open a business for himself on the web and target the people that would be most curious about what he must sell and do all the above on a limited advertising budget.
Finding the proper niche for what you have got to sell isn’t really all that difficult. Just think about who the people are who would be most fascinated by what you’ve got to sell. For instance, if you have concocted a shampoo formula that may take chlorine out of a person’s hair, you can’t compete with giant firms that sell shampoo but you can narrow your market down to a niche and target sales to those who have swimming pools. You buy a domain, get a server, and build a site to publicize your product simply to people who have pools.
In essence, niche selling is selling a product or service to people who want or need the product the most.
What Niche Marketing is Not
Niche selling is not about trying to sell your service or product to the world at large. As a little businessperson, you could not afford that sort of multi-million dollar advertising budget. It isn’t attainable. You can nonetheless , with only a PC, a Net connection and a great idea sell to a smaller audience using niche selling.
Niche selling isn’t about making an attempt to compete. Competition is taken out of the equation when you do niche selling. You are not out there in the world lined up beside or behind 1,000,000 other individuals that are selling the same you’re selling. You’re selling to a particular audience that you have made for yourself with your opt-in e-mail list.
Niche selling isn’t about selling to different folk each day of the week. When you’ve your list built, you can sell to the same folk time and time again. By taking as much time as you need and putting forth enough effort to begin to know the people that make up your list of consumers you can continue to sell to them.
Niche marketing is not about concentrating on the big picture. It is about concentrating on the little picture and the littler the better. Narrowing your niche down to a really categorical part of a bigger market assures you of gaining a fair share of the market of that small part. The world is an enormous place and there are billions of folk. You just need an infinitesimal portion of the people to have a massive list of prospective purchasers of your products or services.
Niche marketing is not about seeing only the impossibilities. Niche promoting is only about looking closely at the chances. Little possibilities converted to sales can equal massive profits.

Do You Want Less Stress & More Success

For some people, stress is categorized differently. Some, the thought of having to go to work and listen to the sound of your Boss’s voice give you anxiety. For others, it’s the fact that the end of the money comes before the end of the month. Whatever it is for you, I’m going to try to get you on the fast track to Less Stress & More Success.
1) Passion: You need to figure out what it is you truly love to do. You’d be surprised, there are people making obscene amounts of money doing some of the most absurd things. I’m not kidding, I think there is actually a T.V. show about it. The problem with most people is they find themselves going to a Job they truly can’t stand. They sit there all day wishing they were doing something different. This usually leads to activities like solitaire and Facebooking all day instead of actually producing any kind of results at work. On the other hand, there are the fortunate people who have decided to make there life’s passion their career. These are the people who seem to always be working, even when it seems like they are playing. Please know that if this is not you, it can be simply by making the decision.
2) Mentor: Life is SO much easier when you’ve got a mentor to help you along the way. This is easier than you might think. It doesn’t need to be someone who you know personally and have the ability to see everyday. This can come in the form of an industry leader or simply someone you respect that has books, articles or blogs you can read and study. Don’t try to go at this alone. Those who have come before you have already screwed up where you are about to. Do yourself a favor and take their advice.
3) Thoughts & Actions: Don’t fight your thoughts. You know what you should be doing. It’s those who take action on their thoughts that always seem to have the most success. If you’re sitting there and a great thought comes to you..DO IT!! This is what’s known as the creative process. Keep in mind, Fate Favors the Bold. So when you get that feeling in your stomach that you should, or shouldn’t, do something, listen to it and by all means ACT!! Even if you aren’t sure how or why, you need to ACT. You will never get to where you want to go by simply thinking your way there. Remember, we’re talking about Less Stress & More Success. What do you think will feel better..taking massive action or wishing you would have. I can tell you right now regret will always leave you stressed.
4) Discipline & Structure: These two words seem to turn off the majority of people. When in actuality these two words will set you free! Personally I keep myself on a 6-8 work schedule (sometimes it’s a lot more but this is average). During those hours I have highly prioritized Money Making Activities scheduled. My email and phone are not either of those things. On top of that, I break my hours into 50 minute blocks. This allows at least two things: I know for a fact I will accomplish at least 6-8 highly prioritized tasks throughout the day and by giving myself 50 minutes, I have no time to mess around doing some B.S. that drains my time. Tomorrow, monitor yourself. It’s been researched that in an 8 hour day an employee does less than 2 hours of actual work! C’mon, there was a game last night I need to talk about, Lindsey Lohan got put in jail, my best friend just put new pics on their Facebook page, etc, etc, etc. And you wonder why people are stressed about income and freedom!!
This Life and all Business opportunities are journeys. These journeys should be enjoyed. Take the time to set yourself up to win and you will most certainly be living a life and/or operating a Business with Less Stress and More Success. The above mentioned items are easy to do and have been around long before I was here. Start easy and implement them one at a time if you have to. Just make sure you implement them.
