Seed Capital
Sunday, July 31st, 2011
Review #1
I have a small family-run business that has need for capital. Seed Capital has lived up to their word. Seed Cap has delivered on its promise to make funds available to my business in a relatively short period of time. In approximately two months, they exceeded my initial request for capital. Seed Cap consists of a professional group of consultants that are proficient and experts in the field of accessing capital and business loans. I relied on their talents and expertise and they delivered on their promise of locating funds in a timely manner. Thanks to Seed Capital, my business is flourishing without the financial constraints that plague many businesses (small and large).
In summary, Seed Capital has underpromised and overdelivered. They are a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to the continued working relationship with Seed Capital for all my business loan needs.

Review #2
I have been working with Seed Capital for a short period of time but like the personal attention they give me and my prospects. The staff at Seed Cap has been great about staying in touch with all parties, so we always know where things stand. One of my prospects was just approved for a business loan for more than what they need to finance the business and was elated to find out that they could now fulfill their dream of business ownership. I will continue to utilize all the services that Seed Cap has to offer my prospects and highly recommend them as good business partners.

Start Earning $4,587 Per Week From Home Selling PLR Products
Saturday, July 30th, 2011
One of the fastest ways to make money online is to sell PLR products – usually instant downloadable eBooks and videos. PLR standing for Private Label Rights. Now, unfortunately about 90% of the stuff available is of a poor quality, certainly in its original format.
You will find that the better quality stuff is available through paid membership sites. My recommendations are surefirewealth.com, nicheology.com and infogoaround.com.
First, I recommend that you research a specific niche. Check out stuff that you already have an interest in but be willing to consider anything where there is a hungry market. The most important thing here is to remember that you are trying to Help People To Solve Their
Problems. If you can do this then people will pay for the information.
As an example to the above I have just searched google’s keyword tool and found that globally people have searched “insomnia treatment” over 10,000 times per month. Now if you can offer a quality product to those people that suggests credible solutions at a fair price then are they likely to buy? Not everyone will but a high amount will convert.
The great thing with PLR products is that you have the opportunity to create something truly unique. Using the above example, With a bit of digging around you could get your hands on a few different PLR products on Insomnia.
Then break them up, pick out the best bits from each, create a new title and eBook cover and you have your very own unique product that you can put your name to!!
You just need to make sure that the licence that comes with the original PLR product gives you Full No Restriction Rights to do what you want to it.
Ok, so once all this is done how do you get yourself into a position whereby you can start to sell PLR products? After all if no one sees your offer then no matter how good it is you won’t make any sales.
You will need to get yourself a professional looking webpage detailing your product and how it can solve the problems of the reader. It will have to confirm the cost and I’d also be inclined to offer a money back guarantee. Remember the potential buyer will not know you and a proper guarantee in place removes any doubts and risk.
If you can put the webpage together yourself using Frontpage or Dreamweaver then great, but if you can’t then don’t let this put you off. Use elance.com to outsource the work to a professional. This can cost as little as $5 per hour due to wage demands in countries like India,Romania and Philippines being so much less.
Traffic Generation is the Holy Grail of Internet Marketing and your success with selling PLR products will be dertermined by how many quality visitors see your site.
There are a number of different techniques. It comes down to 2 categories though – Paid (adwords, banner ads, newspapers etc) and Free (article marketing, social media marketing, blogging etc). My advice is to start off with Free advertising and then once you’re making some sales re-invest some your profits into Paid. In order to sell PLR products successfuly you will need a combination of both.

You Need to Invest Now
Friday, July 29th, 2011
We’ve all heard that money doesn’t grow on trees, but it can multiply when you save and invest it. In the last article we saw reasons why we need to have multiple streams of income. We also find out that to secure our financial future, investment is the way to go. Let’s recap some of the reasons why you should go into investing.
* When you invest your money works for you
* A residual income is what you get from investment
* Investing gives you time to pursue your other dreams
* It has higher interest rate than bank account
* You have more time for your family
Let me explain them one by one. When you work either as a self- employed businessman, a civil servant or employee in an organization or enterprise, you are working for money. When you stop working the money stops coming. In some organizations, if you are late for work, your salary or wage is reduced. But when you invest, your money works for you. Money is a very good employee, it works very hard and earns much for you.
Another good point of investment is that it gives you a residual income. This is a type of income that keeps coming years after you did the work. Unlike linear income, that you get when you work once, you get paid once. To earn residual income, you work hard once and you keep earning from that same one work, years to come. Invest your money once for example in the stock market and you will keep earning dividends every year till you decide to sell off your shares.
One of the best advantages of investing to me is the ability to spend quality time with your loved ones. What is the use of working very hard to give your family the best and yet be a stranger in your home. I heard a story about a banker who lives home before 6 in the morning and comes back around 11pm when the children must have slept. He works so hard that he goes to work even on Sundays. One Sunday he didn’t go to work and his children greeted him as uncle and asked their mum who the uncle in there house is.
The interest you earn from investing certainly beats any interest rate you can get from any bank any day, anytime. To be modest you can consistently earn 10-15% on the money invested in good stocks annually. Not to talk of the interest rate in real estate, forex and others. Compare this to the 1-3% you get from banks, highest you get 4%. Of course there is also the risk of losing much money investing, but that what makes the gains so much. As they say, no risk, no reward.
And with proper education, like the one you are getting here, you’ll do it right.

How to Personalize Your Wedding Souvenirs
Wednesday, July 27th, 2011
If you’re a soon-to-be bride and already planning your wedding, one of the most exciting and enjoyable aspects of the process will be deciding what wedding favors to give. Wedding souvenirs are small knickknacks that you’ll be giving away to your guests as keepsakes to give on this special day in your life of which they have been part. If you want that memory to stay fresh and beautiful in their minds and hearts, be extra creative in choosing what type of souvenir you’ll have them bring home.
There are many kinds of wedding favors you can imagine. In fact, you can enter any bridal shop and find all sorts of items and designs of all shapes and sizes. Some will be traditional while others can be very bold. But the most excellent wedding favors you can give are those that don’t only remind your guests but also of you and your groom.
The key is personalization. But it doesn’t even mean that you create your own handicrafts to give to your guests. Finding a shop that focuses in these things is one. This would clearly be a bridal shop but don’t just choose any of that you can find either online or offline. You have to be able to see the wedding favors they have made so that you can review the level of quality that they are able to produce.
Since you will be personalizing your souvenirs, you have to find a shop where you can talk to someone that you’ll be comfortable with. It has to be the one whom you can give your clear and precise instructions and who will go behind them to the letter. This person or shop in particular, is willing to give his time for you so you can make the best personalized wedding favors that you have in mind. There could be shops that will make personalized stuff but won’t essentially offer you sufficient time to be able to clarify broadly what you want them to do.
For any bride, everything matters right down to the littlest details when it comes to her wedding, so don’t let a cold, unwelcoming shop attendant spoil your desire for giving away the best personalized souvenirs to your guests. They are special people in your life and you are worthy to be remembered in the best possible ways such as planning carefully and producing wedding favors that will remind all of them on their part in the most special day of your life in spite of everything.
You’ll have a better chance finding a good one who can give all the best as much as making quality personalized wedding favors is concerned if you’re looking for a wedding planner or coordinator from Minnesota.
About the Author
A day of wedding coordinator or those destination wedding planners have the expertise not just in helping you create the most perfect souvenirs but also in pulling your whole wedding together and flawlessly at that. When you have a good wedding planner, you can just relax and focus on your excitement. After all, you can’t afford to be stressed out on your big day.

Staying In Love
Wednesday, July 27th, 2011
Money is a huge thing in our lives. An old proverb that has ricocheted down family trees is that money is a root of much evil. High indebtedness, excessive spending, empty savings boxes have taken over the lives of many a rainmaker. Unless you wrestle back to take the reins of your financial life, there’s little to look ahead to.
Here are some of those money holes and a suggestion:
Not Budgeting: The root of most financial problems began with a failure to plan ahead and set small financial goals. Inflow and outflow of your income cannot be left to whim and fancy. Sit down today and set some immediate goals.
On The Spur Spending: Uncontrolled spending, however right you feel, argue or are opinionated on destroys. Every little expense adds up and chews your wages to oblivion. If this a runaway habit, wastage, turmoil, distress and debt will lay your financial life on death bed.
Debt Bondage: Some debts, for housing and education are necessary. But accumulating debt for lifestyle pursuits, wanting to have a good time everyday would debilitate and paralyse you.
No Savings: The one step building your life is savings. Yet this financial raft is all too often buried by poor habits. Setting aside a small portion of your income, made a habit of, can build empires. Without savings you can’t grow your wealth. If you squander all that you earn you are on your way to blowing your life away.
A Suggestion – Plant An Income Tree Now Perhaps it’s time to put together a tool bag and seek out to resource your income generating sources. I remember reading an article years ago in the Reader’s Digest that 75% of us have a deep down yearning to do our own thing – write a book or..but we don’t get to or even never get to. Ordinary people are very vulnerable to being financially wiped out. Having a road map to diversify your income streams or planting a money tree could be groundbreaking effort. In time add your own ideas to the sheet. You’ll find great value in launching off now than when trouble knocks on the door.

Giving Gifts a New Meaning as Gift Baskets
Wednesday, July 27th, 2011
It has become a tradition for most of us to give gifts to our loved ones especially during significant events or occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and others. It has been with us. For many people, whenever an important occasion is coming, they prepare gifts for their loved ones. It is our way of showing that we care.
When you give gifts to people, make sure that the way you packed it can express your feelings toward that person. If you want to be bold and do away with those traditional gifts, you can try gift baskets. You will surely give a new meaning to the gifts you give.
No matter how old we are, we enjoy being remembered on that special day of the year that celebrates the day we were born! Birthdays are a time to recognize special people in our lives with joyous celebration. It is a time-honored tradition to pay tribute the birthday gal or guy with a mouth-watering cake decorated with sugar-laden frosting sculptures and a candle representing every year of their life on earth! We bestow on them gifts and cards filled with birthday verses and best wishes for many more birthdays to come. Birthdays are just plain fun!
There are many designs when it comes to gift baskets. The designs vary depending on the occasion. So if you want to give your girlfriend something on Valentine’s Day, you can choose a heart shaped gift basket and add in a few items that she’s interested in. Be creative.
Don’t just do to the usual thing when packing y our presents. If you don’t have the time, you can simply buy those baskets so you will have no worries. Think about what things to give someone and put them all in a beautifully created basket. Give your present the best way you can then send it.
Gift baskets aren’t only great as gifts to your loved ones. You can use these baskets as gifts to your co workers or your boss. In fact, many companies are using these baskets in giving gifts because of the convenience it provide.
It would be good if you could create these gift baskets yourself. But if this is not your thing, you can simply order online where you can get ideas on the best gift basket to give and how to give it.
About the Author
Do you think you can use a little creativity when giving presents? How about a gourmet gift basket? You can have any type you want – holiday gift baskets, spa gift baskets and every other type you can think of and it’s all waiting for you online.

Why the Economy will Rebound Faster than Employment
Wednesday, July 27th, 2011
I have seen it happen over and over again. Entrepreneurs and business owners hire people and then they grow to like them. They build a culture of family and they genuinely feel a sense of pride in and responsibility for providing employment and security for so many families.
Then, when times get tough, they struggle to let people go because of this same sense of pride and responsibility. These same entrepreneurs don’t hesitate to sell equipment, downsize their office, or cut other non-human expenses. So why can’t they just look at their employees as an asset or a piece of equipment to sell or dispose of when they need to lean-up their operations?
I know, this question sounds silly. Obviously we don’t build much of a real relationship with a piece of equipment, and we don’t personally know of a wife and five kids that the piece of equipment is trying to support. So, what does this have to do with our ongoing high levels of unemployment in this country?
We have all heard the statistic from the SBA that that just over half of private employees are employed by small businesses. And I would argue that the small businesses are those that have more of a tendency to view their employees as real people and real families – in fact, sometimes a good portion of their employees are family members. In this context, I submit that owners and executives of the small businesses of America are still wounded from having to let people go during the recession.
Where a few years ago it was common to see entrepreneurs hire a new person at even the prospect of the need, these same entrepreneurs, still bruised from some tough times, are much more hesitant to pull the trigger on new hires. Phrases like: “Let’s hold off on hiring until we are absolutely certain we need another person,” and “I’m fine to authorize overtime until we can really justify adding to the staff,” have become the new norm.
Even though the Business Outlook Survey published in CFO Magazine is predicting double-digit rates of growth in both earnings and capital spending over the next 12 months, it is also predicting much slower employment growth. When asked why employment would lag behind other positive trends, two of the top three responses highlighted the reliance on :
- 44% plan to increase productivity per employee
- 37% will increase production efficiency
Entrepreneurs are simply asking for more from their current employees and looking to technology and automation to grow. They learned their lesson and, as a result, are accelerating our economy’s change to a more efficient playing field, relying on people to add high-level value than fulfill lower-level tasks.
So, as the economy rebounds, it only makes sense that employment will lag behind.

Home Stagers, Don’t Throw Away a Single Receipt
Tuesday, July 26th, 2011
When you decide to go into business for yourself as a professional home stager, you have no choice but to start thinking about business expenses.
One of the advantages of operating your own business is that you get to write off many of your expenses against your income. This has tax advantages. If you don’t have a bookkeeping or financial background (which I don’t), it’s a good idea to start building a relationship with a good accountant.
If you haven’t started your home staging business yet, but you’re planning to and you’re in the process of taking courses, or researching the business, start keeping those receipts because they’ll come in handy later.
Whether you started your business in January, last month, or today it’s not too late to start thinking ahead about your next tax return. For that matter, even if you’ve been in business for years it’s never too late to pick yourself up by the bootstraps and focus on doing something better for the next year!
The most important financial advice I can give you is to hang on to every single receipt you get your hands on that could possibly be a business expense. This will allow you to lower your reported income at the end of the year, and therefore lower the taxes you owe.
Possible business expenses for you as a home stager might be any of the following: Home staging courses and resources, subscriptions to magazines and newspapers, décor, business or any other type of reference books, cell phone and Internet bills, vehicle expenses (keep a notepad in your car to track mileage for staging projects), insurance, a portion of your mortgage (if you have a home office), a percentage of your utilities like heating and electricity, travel expenses, staging props, restaurant bills, cleaning bills, fresh flowers, computer equipment, camera and even business coaching.
Of course you have to know which of these items are legitimate business expenses for tax laws that apply to you. That’s why it’s important that you find an accountant who specializes in small business, and the sooner the better.
When in doubt about whether or not something is a legitimate expense, err on the side of caution and hang on to the receipt. Let your accountant determine if it can be used or not.

Nitrogen flushing & sealing machine
Sunday, July 24th, 2011
Nitrogen Gas Flushing Sealing Machine is primarily utilized in packing of delicate food products like potato wafers, banana wafers and fine noodles. It helps maintain aroma, freshness, crispness for a longer time as well as shelter the products from breakages and damages. The feature comprises easy operating with foot switch, adjustable bag rest, impulse, and visual indications during sealing, vacuumising before nitrogen flushing.
Nitrogen Flushing and Sealing Machines are for partly emptying the pouch and then filling it with an inert gas like nitrogen. The contents in the pouch will have a longer life given that fungal and bacterial growth is cut down due to dearth of oxygen. Inert gas filling in fact helps prevent crushing of contents.
Given that packing is carried out in laminated pouched serrated hot bar sealing jaws are employed for sealing the bag. Serration helps in getting high sealing strength
Process
The machine is basically crafted for semi-automatic operation. Once the pouch is kept in position and the foot pedal actuated, evacuation and then filling up it with inert atmospheres. The Two Most Underestimated Success Tips For Newbies
Saturday, July 23rd, 2011
As a newbie starting out in your online business you are often besieged with lots of fear such as the fear of failing or losing your investment. You also wondered if you will ever make money and if you will succeed in your new business.
Well it’s strange that a lot of people spend more energy thinking of useless ideas instead of using this same energy on their new business. Many others too procrastinate too much. They think too much instead of actually doing the work that they know they need to get done. Here are a few quick tips to help you settle down in your business so that you actually start doing some real work for your business.
Find A Good Mentor
Finding a good mentor who is both an experienced Internet Marketer and someone who is making money in his online business, can really help you tremendously. There are some marketers who do either do personal or group coaching provided that you join one of his affiliate programs. Such a mentor can help you reduce your learning process and you also avoid making the same mistakes others did before you.
Do This Before You Write Your First Article
As a newbie one of the first things you should be focusing on is creating fresh content on your website after you set it up. However before you start to do that, you must learn the basic onsite search engine optimization, or SEO. Essentially there are two types of SEO – onsite and offiste. Onsite focuses on what you can optimize on your website content like keywords, tags, headers, while offsite SEO refers to link building with other websites. Spend some time to learn some basic SEO onsite techniques and apply what you learned on your website. Learning, knowing and finally applying SEO on your business sums up one of the many processes you will have to do in order to succeed in your online business.
