An online business can be exceedingly rewarding and action-packed given its dynamic, flexible and versatile nature. The sheer inexhaustibility of the channel makes it far more superior to exploit that its regular brick and mortar counterparts. In a global environment that is seeped with economic discomfort and financial instability, an online business is your best bet to build an infallible income reserve that has the potential to transform into a financial legacy in the long haul. A modest capital, low overheads and the prospect of selling to the whole world make an online business the most sought after income generating conduit. Create a well-designed and content-rich website and devise a top notch marketing plan to pull in a focussed audience. Use the power of mass-mailers and auto-responders to appear professional and stay connected to your prospects and customers. Draft professional articles and place them in directories frequented by your target audience. Learn the art of strategically positioning your links to blend with related content and have the audience visit your site for more information.

Channel the power of Google AdSense, when you have a consistent inundation of traffic, to create a multiple income spurt. Employ the dexterity of Web 2.0 marketing by creating media-rich blogs, podcasts, You Tube Videos and a host of other interactive tools. Register on social networking sites and connect with your audience and peers to form mutually beneficial associations. Take a cue from established success stories and model your business around them with some amount of innovation.

Build a foolproof and secure payment plan and an expedient shipping mode if you are planning to sell on the internet. Capture the e-mail addresses of people visiting your site and send them regular newsletters and updates through sophisticated mail software.

Leads, Leads, Leads ……. How Important Are They ? Dou You Known ? Review Here

Friday, December 30th, 2011

Hey, Paul Barrus here to update you on this Must Read Now Article………

Are You Struggling For Leads For Your MLM? If you are not seeing the type of lead flow you want for your business, you can get the Lead Net Pro tool, however this tool will not solve the major problem . The tool is only a tool and without the right training, it will not help . What’s you need is solid marketing training and and firm understanding of creating a powerful sales funnel. Do You Have Leads But No One is Signing Up? Lead Net Pro?
If you are spending way more than you are making in your business, then it’s really time to change your strategy before buying any tool. Most people who get a prospect are interested in getting a sale into their MLM instead of building a relationship by making the smaller sales in order to offset their advertising costs. That’s really the strength of having an effective sales funnel, being able to profit from people who say “No” to your primary mlm. Truthfully I fought this approach for a long time until I understood the deep well potential in list building.
Lead Net Pro is a dangerously powerful combination of a webscraper, an auto-dialer, and mass email mailer wrapped into one package. Is it right for your Business ?
This program is in my opinion a very powerful tool for any online marketer. Not only does it extract targeted leads but has them at your disposal in a matter of sometimes less than a minute.
What are it’s features ?
Well as I see them, I am a marketer who bought this tool. Why? Because if you have any business and want to take it to the next level you take the necessary steps to do it, that’s called a business investment. Hey, old saying got to spend money to make money. Anyway the features, not only do you capture emails but also phone #’s, addresses etc. There are a lot of options with Lead Net Pro, they include an automatic emailer which sends out your messages, an auto responder set of messages, a phone program, and a way you can print labels for mailings. This guy is going to cost you around $ 370.00 as I write this article but the price may go up who knows.
Anyway, another great feature is you can be an affiliate and guess how much your commission is if someone signs up under you $300.00 bucks “not bad” Another plus is if you follow their tutorials it’s easy to set it up and get started. Even a computer challenged dummy like me was able to do it.
What I must stress however you have to follow some important marketing guidelines or you will get nailed for spamming and your hosting company will kick you to the curb. You need good training to really explode your business online and the best training on the internet today in my opinion is NetDivvy. They offer FREE training, endless lead capture pages, endless sales pages all on templates anyone can plug into. GO HERE NOW

Write a First-rate Title Today – Five Sure-fire Steps to Article Writing Success

Friday, December 30th, 2011

Are you able to write an article and have people read it? Tens of thousands of articles are posted online every day that get only a couple of views total. Learn the best way to write a title that will pull in readers.

You may well know how to write the most helpful and engaging article in the world, but it won’t do any good unless substantial numbers of people read it. No one will ever see the call to action at the end of your article unless they read the article in the first place. The first requirement for getting your article read is to catch the reader’s curiosity with a good headline. Here are 5 ingredients to an excellent, attention grabbing title.

1) Give something to the reader at the start. Let the reader know that he or she will get something useful from your article. If you’re writing about how to keep their dog from barking, tell them specifically what they will learn in your article that will help them to do it. Your potential reader wants to know for certain that the facts in your article is going to be worth the time they will spend reading it.

2) Keep it very simple. Your title must be simple and straight forward. Be very clear and concise. Don’t use a lot of flowery language and do not attempt to be too brilliant. The amusing or witty headline that you consider to be cute might be an enormous turn-off to your potential readers. Just tell them what it is.

3) Use numbers when it’s possible. Compare “How to prevent Gophers from Eating Your Vegetables” and “Three Guaranteed Methods to Kill Gophers!” Can you see that the “three methods” phrase explains to your reader exactly what to expect from your article and how it will profit them to read it?

4) Generate a sense of urgency. If your offer has a time limit, say so. Tell the reader he should read your article or it might be too late. In the event you do not have a limited time offer, you could still create urgency by putting in an expression like, “right now” or “now” or “today.” Tell the reader he’ll benefit from reading your article immediately.

5) Revise if necessary. Compose your headline and then leave it alone for a while. Go back and evaluate it. Is there a way to make it sharper, snappier, better? Start with your headline and then write your article. As soon as the article is finished, go back and punch up the headline. Maybe it’s perfect already. Maybe you’ll be able to make it better.

When you get the fundamental formula, writing titles is going to be simple and fun. Do not spend too much time fretting over your titles, just follow these basic steps and you should see a rise in how many people are reading your articles.

How to Make Money on the Internet For Beginners

Thursday, December 29th, 2011

With today’s economy and all the systems out there claiming to have the “Secret” that is going to make you Millions of dollars by showing you these pictures of their ClickBank paydays in excess of $20,000, $30,000, and $40,000 to make you think you are going to make this kind of money in 60 days or less, how are you going to know which ones really work and which ones don’t?

You’re Not! But by the time you finish this article you will have enough information that you can take with you and know when you are out looking for the system you want to use for the foundation of your online business that you are not going to be taken for a ride…

The first thing to understand is that most systems out there are not worth your time or effort. Why?

Because 30% of the systems are products that have been around for a long time and have only had the system cover remade so it looks new. Not to mention that after you get through with paying for it and they got your email the only reason they will contact you is if they have something else to sell you, which will be every single day. They are rip offs no matter how good the sales copy is. And believe me they have good sales pages out there.

Another 30% of the systems are really new but they are actually incomplete. The maker of the system rushed through everything without taking the time to fully see things in the eyes of the beginner and just assumes that you know most of what he is talking about and then at the end of the system you get left hanging saying, “What’s You Talkin’ About Willis?”

Another 25% of the systems out there are intermediate programs that you really wouldn’t understand until you get a firm knowledge base about internet marketing. These Systems go into email marketing and Google AdWords as well Web 2.0, etc. These systems can cost upwards to $5,000.

Another 10% of the systems out there are advanced systems that without a really good strong foothold in the marketing world should you ever think about trying. Not to mention they are really costly.

So, of all the Money Making Systems out there you are really looking at 5% of them that are worth your time and money. Weeding through all of this can really take a lot of time and frankly cause you to become, as we say in the marketing world, “Information Overloaded.” Once this happen it is really hard to get yourself in the right groove again so you can find the right system that will help you to achieve the success that you want to achieve.

So how and where do you find a work at home business plan that isn’t going to cost you an arm and a leg to get started and is easy to understand?

First I would start by doing a search for work at home forums. Sign up with the top 4 or 5 and for the first week just take your time and read through the post and ask question to see what others are saying about each system and how well they are doing with it. You will find that most of these people are either looking for a system just like you are or they will give you some real feedback about their experience with the system in question.

I go to these forums myself to help others that are looking for the best information as well as get the best information I need. Don’t be the lone wolf and go it alone because reinventing the wheel will cost you too much time and too much money. You will know who is succeeding and who isn’t and then you make you decision off of that.

But Please take your time finding the system that you want to use and make sure that they have a great support team that answers your question whenever you ask them and in a timely manner. When you don’t get the information you need in time it can cost you, sometimes big time.

Once you find the right information everything will fall into place like a rack of dominos. I hope this has helped you to understand that there are some really good online business plans out here and that you just need to be in the right places asking the right question so you can find the right answers. After that Success Is Guaranteed.

Till next time, Good luck and best wishes for you online success.

Ten ways to bring the rocket scientist out of you

Tuesday, December 27th, 2011

Ten ways of bringing the rocket scientist out of you

We have all been told that some time in our lives that we are no rocket scientist, and it seems that most people seem to believe that only rocket scientists can be successful entrepreneurs.

But first a joke

Barack Obama, Bill Gates, the Dalai Lama and a backpacker are in the back of a plane. The pilot announces that all the engines have failed and they need to evacuate mid air. There are only 3 parachutes between the four of them.

Barack Obama says “I am the most powerful man in the world, I will take the first one” – and jumps out.

Bill Gates says, “I have put more PC’s onto more desktops than anyone else – that makes me the cleverest guy in the world – I will take the second parachute” – and jumps out.

The Dalai Lama looks at the backpacker and says “I am old, and you are young with your whole life ahead of you – you take the last parachute.”

The backpacker replies – “Chill man, the world’s cleverest guy just jumped out of a moving plane with my backpack.”

There seems to be a link with being a rocket scientist and entrepreneurship. Paul Allen, Microsoft’s co-founder is a Star Wars obsessive, Richard Branson wants Virgin Intergalactic to take its first space tourists up by 2012 and Mark Shuttleworth, of Ubuntu Opensource fame, spent $21 million to become the world’s second space tourist after selling his Internet Security Company for $575 million at the age of 26.

Space has always attracted the best and brightest, and perhaps its limitlessness is what makes it so appealing to entrepreneurs with time on their hands. But then again, the same attitudes that it took to conquer space, are needed to create a successful business.

Maybe you do need to be a rocket scientist to be a successful entrepreneur – the good news is that you can be. The following traits will help you to be both a rocket scientist and a great entrepreneur.

  • Imagination.</strong>Einstein said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."  General Electric has a turnover of $170 billion, bigger any technology company in the world, it was founded by the dyslexic genius Thomas Edison, who gave us amongst other things, electricity into our own homes, the light bulb and the fax machine in the world record 952 patents he was awarded. GE’s logo is a light bulb with the word <strong><em>imagination</em></strong> – Edison left school at 15 and could not pass an exam, but goes down in history as the most successful inventor of all time. The limitlessness of space almost defies imagination.
  • Old problems, new ways of thinking.</strong>Einstein once said – if you try to solve an old problem with the same old thinking, expect that same old outcome. Space and entrepreneurship force new ways of thinking. Apollo 13 was stuck together with Pratley’s Glue – created by a South African Chemist in his back shed. He created the strongest glue in the world and the only way to stick together a rocket if bits of it came off mid-flight.
  • Following your gut, not market research.</strong>Rocket scientists are clever enough to know that they do not know everything, so they make decisions of how the future will look on incomplete information. Rather like entrepreneurs. As Henry Ford said, “If I had listened to my customers, I would have created a mechanical horse and a more comfortable cart – I decided to follow my gut instead”. Or as Buzz Aldrin said “Luck is the skill I possess, but don’t understand”.
  • Self belief.</strong>Thoughts become words, words become actions, actions become habits, and habits form character. Dyson is now a billionaire and regarded as one of Britain’s greatest inventors, he had to take eight years of rejection before his revolutionary cyclone vacuum cleaner was funded. It took a serious self belief to take on and beat a company that was so successful that its brand became both a verb and a noun in the English Language – Hoover Corporation.
  • Sleeping in the work place.</strong>It is no co-incidence that Italy has produced Da Vinci, Pavarotti, Ferrari and great designer clothing.  They believe in the siesta – Google have created nap-friendly guidelines for their employees, as sleep solves problems faster than even the most intense thinking.
  • Always questioning.</strong>"The important thing is never to stop questioning." One of the most important questions an entrepreneur can ask is How can I make do things better? Whether you offer a product or a service, improving it is the only way to attract new clients and retain existing ones. NASA is asking the question – “why can’t we put a man on Mars?” Space is infinite, so they will never run out of questions.
  • Willingness to try new things–and fail.</strong>There is a wonderful Michael Jordon advert on the number of misses and the games he has lost – the point is that he tried, and then after some time he succeeded. What has he got to do with space – well if there was a basketball hoop in the moon, he is the only one who could reach it.
  • Maintaining balance</strong>. "If A is a success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x, y is play and z is keeping your mouth shut." This was Einstein’s Theory of Relaxation – he didn’t put absolute amounts on each of his variables. He knew–and now so do you–the ingredients to success; he also knew the formula was going to change from day to day. Whatever the ratio of x to y to z, entrepreneurs cannot forget Y. Elon Musk maintains his balance by dating one of the world’s most beautiful women Talulah Riley.
  • Let technology be your friend.</strong>Rocket scientists love technology. Technology saves time and enhances what people can do – one of the brightest people I know – who said something wise – be obsessed with automation of even the most mundane tasks – it buys you time. And time is money and that enables you to achieve point ten.
  • Rise above the detail.</strong>Elon Musk has a solar company, was voted the automotive executive of the year last year for the Telsa electric car oh and he is winning the space race, winning major tenders from NASA to put the first privately built rocket into space at a tenth of the cost of any government before. He cannot possibly focus on all the detail in these separate multi-billion dollar projects – so has to hire well and trust the people below him. Mark Shuttleworth said, when looking out of his rocket window down on earth, that seeing the world in the distance said that it was the most beautiful sight he had ever laid eyes on – moving him to tears of joy.

The great news is that the traits are about how we think, rather than what we think, so we can all be rocket scientists. For more srticles like this and to find out more about me click on www.stephenlarkin.co.uk

Step by Step Guide to Affiliate Marketing

Tuesday, December 27th, 2011

From start to finish affiliate marketing can be somewhat complex. This step by step guide will give you the bullet points on how to do it right. There are more elaborate guides out there, but this will give you an overview on how to do it right. Really, in affiliate marketing a lot is up to your own discretion. Just use this guide to help you along the way.

1. Research your own product. Figure out everything you can about it. You should basically know how to make one of whatever you’re selling. You should also know why your company decided to create the product. Sit down with your CEO and talk about the business. Tell him that you can sell better if you understand what you are selling.
2. After you have a rich knowledge of the product, you will be able to start designing an ad campaign. Remember, this ad campaign will be hosted by another Web site. So, at least have an idea in mind for what kind of an affiliate you will be using. Gear it toward their audience. Still, make sure you keep your own company’s identity.
3. After you design an ad campaign, you will be ready to shop for an affiliate. Remember, you are buying the affiliate. That means that you hold the cards. You can choose what kind of affiliate you want. Set the terms, and find someone who is willing to abide by them. They should not be allowed to have any say in the creative process of your advertising.
4. After your ads go into the world of your affiliate, keep track of them. Discover how the customer is viewing the ads. Very few marketers get things right on the first try. You will need to tweak the campaign until it starts bringing in the most customers.
5. Know when to retire a campaign. You don’t have to get rid of your affiliate. Let them know that you are through with a campaign, but that you want to work with them in the future. These relationships can be very beneficial, especially over the long run.
6. After you retire a campaign, you will need to start a new one. I recommend starting from scratch. Go back and learn about the product again like it’s the first time. No matter how successful your old campaign was, it’s time to start anew.
7. I recommend compiling the information you learn about the customer. This is invaluable information. You can use this on future projects. So, keep track of what appeals to certain demographics.

As I said before, that is just the main points of the process. A lot more will go into the actual work. Still, that should guide you through the process. If you are worth your weight as an advertiser, you will be able to figure out the rest on your own. Affiliate marketing can be a lot of fun. It’s also a lot of work. It requires a lot of research.

Chores and Shopping Lists

Monday, December 26th, 2011

I’m sure people will frown or burst out laughing when they see my to-do lists and my shopping lists. I am in the habit of jotting down the strangest things. These things are not random, but really things that I have to remember to get or to do. In our up to date world and age of technology and everything, I still find making lists the easiest way to remind me. Unless of course I forget where I put the list.

You do regular chores mechanically. You vacuum, you make beds, put the laundry in the washer, stack the dishwasher, put stuff away like an auto man. Things that you don’t do every day, you pay closer attention to. And things that you don’t do every month need even closer attention. The time and effort you put into these chores could easily have been spent reading or gardening, or whatever pleasant activity or hobby you participate in.

Every Monday, I start a new shopping list. I write things in the four corners that belong together. Cleaning aids and toiletries in one corner, stuff from the butchery in another corner, medicines and such in a third corner, and the last one for all food stuff from the supermarket and fresh produce at the green grocery store. These two are right next to each other, so it works for me. My system has yet to fail me. In the middle of my sheet, comes the stuff that I don’t have to get often, things like garage door parts. I will write down a detailed description of the particular part, and also where to get it from, like the hardware store for instance. Anyone picking up my list, will immediately know what I want and where I intend getting these.

Now in the unlikely event that I have to go shop for garage door parts, it will take me out of my normal routine and the normal route that I take to complete my shopping. Time is money, we all hear, well, my time is not really money, because I do not ‘work’ for a living, but my time is equally valuable. That is why I write down the particular part’s description and use in detail, even measurements if necessary, because how many times in the past have you come there, they say, yes we have what you are looking for, what size do you want? Then you either have to make a call to hubby or whoever is looking for the part to find out, or go back home and get the measurements and then go back to the hardware store, look for parking, walk all the way back to the store, again looking for someone to help you and then get the item you were looking for. I like to be prepared, hence my list with accurate description.

The chores I don’t do often, I also jot down; like to clean out the gutters, because the fallen leaves have blocked it, or to remember to repaint the screen door that is starting to flake. When I am no longer there, and someone finds my lists, they will know exactly where to pick up where I left off.

The Best Way to Make Money On Ebay With Mini Auctions

Sunday, December 25th, 2011

Are you as surprised as me to discover that the easiest way to make money on auction web sites is with mini storage auctions? Mini storage auctions occur constantly when people leave their items in storage and the storage service needs to sell the held items to get back their storage fees.

Often you can find a few truly monster offers here. The trick is then to turn those goods around and sell them for even more than you paid for them on EBay.

EBay may be the greatest on the internet auction site available on the web and now with Purchaser protection, more people than ever before are purchasing items from E-bay.

When selling merchandise you bought from the storage unit auction, you should keep fees in mind. You are charged multiple fees for selling on eBay. These fees will cut into your profits, but there are some methods that you can utilize. Study the actual eBay charge scale, which is available on their website.

Pictures are usually crucial when promoting on eBay. Buyers won’t purchase items they cannot observe. Be sure to get a lot of pictures, and upload the best ones. Be aware that eBay will charge you a charge if you publish more than one picture.

To get around this, use free photo sharing websites. You then may upload your extra photographs to those websites. Once there you obtain a code that lets you to embed the photographs into you eBay descriptions, free of charge!

Ebay is the most well-liked online marketplace, averaging more than 66 million views per month. It has many security features in place to safeguard the buyer and the vendor.

Millions of buyers take a look at eBay searching for affordable merchandise to purchase. This most definitely will work to your benefit. Your sales products may most likely get more views, particularly if you compare it to establishing a table or spot at a local flea market. And if you live in the country as I do, a yard sale and/or a garage sale are merely unthinkable.

This popularity can also function to your disadvantage. Since lots of people see it as a way to make a quick dollar or two so they inundate the site with cheap items. Before you decide to go online to market anything on Ebay, it’s best to check out the competitors and also to list your items on the market at various times.

Additionally, you will want to take the holiday seasons, and the calendar into account. Keep in mind that individuals spend less time on the computer in the summertime so it’s best to market some products in the off months. For instance promoting winter clothing in summer’s not a good idea, however if you wait until fall you will have a better chance.

Google Your Way to Increased Customer Traffic

Saturday, December 24th, 2011

Consider the game of king of the hill. It was a game where when you knocked the king of the hill off of the hill, you became the next king. With online marketing you are essentially playing a game of king of the hill and the king gets on the first page of Google and will stay there until someone knocks him off.

This is a desirable and seriously defended position on the internet because it provides you with the most exposure to clients, the most clicks and the most sales. These positions are usually seriously safeguarded by people with lots of pay per click money who pay around $2 to $5 per click.

What happens if you are a small business and are hoping to get onto Google’s first page, yet do not have the deep pockets large companies have in order to pay per click your way to the top of the hill.

Then you must learn methods that will help you reach a king of the hill spot without the cost. This has become hard to do unless you know some of the secrets required to get on Google. The secrets that show you how all the work is done by others for free require ZERO link arrangements, ZERO articles posted, ZERO pay per click traffic, ZERO directory listings and ZERO blog posts or comments.

On your day planner, flip forward 7 days and write this note on your to do list: SHUT OFF PAY PER CLICK ACCOUNT. The amount of money you could save is massive.

Here are 3 tips to help you learn the process:
1) Learn about Google maps cash. This function is an incredible software tool that will show you how to get listed in a “10box” which Google added to allow 10 businesses to be shown up front within an area. This is free and powerful.
2) Learn to rule the key word you wish to use. It is important to recognize that this does not guarantee sales, it guarantees traffic. It is not important whether you have an online or offline business. Having traffic is essential if you choose to grow your online presence.
3) Defend your business by using white hat options. Black hat options are grey areas that can be perfectly legal however draw a close line. White hat options are clear and legal to use and give incredible results.

Producing or promoting a product with strong value, will also help you have lots of people wanting to promote your product. Providing them with a “10box” spot will help you become more recognizable and help them promote your products more effectively. This will result in more sales and traffic for them.

It is important to know that having a king of the hill spot on Google also gives you and your business credibility. When you are slotted where the big boys play it does not matter what the size of your company is you become a big boy company by association. It is important to establish this kind of Google reliability because it is also a form of free publicity.

Learning about Google maps can help your business expand and become known in a short time. Take action and take your Google position to the next level.

Creating a Presentation That Will Impact Your Audience

Friday, December 23rd, 2011

You are asked to speak in front of your local organization or present an online seminar, but you have no idea what to say. Or even worse, you have so many thoughts that you want to share that it will take days to deliver the message. The last thing you want to do is to give a presentation that no one wants to hear. This is your opportunity to impact others with a meaningful message, make important connections and grow your business. But where do you start? What do you say to your audience?

Crafting and delivering a professional presentation doesn’t happen by magic. It takes planning and organization. A professional speech is a well thought out, organized and practiced series of thoughts that you present in order to obtain a certain result. When preparing your presentation there are three things you want to ask yourself to create a presentation that flows, that delivers a powerful message, and that gets results.

These 3 things are:

• What is my message?
• What impact do I want to make on my audience?
• What do I want my audience to do at the end of the presentation?

Once you’ve asked yourself these three important questions, then it’s time to begin to brainstorm, outline and then script your speech. Here are a few tips to help make the speech writing process easier and to make your speech more impactful:

1. Identify one key message or phrase you want your audience to remember about your presentation.

2. Brainstorm everything you can about this key message. Give yourself 10 minutes. You might even discover that you can create several speeches as a result of your brainstorming efforts.

3. Look for three main points to support your message. This helps to contain your message into something that is deliverable without overloading your audience.

4. Support your points. To create more impact, use some of your own personal stories, examples, and things that have happened with your clients. People love stories and it helps them to remember what you are teaching.

5. Tell your audience why it’s important to them and what you want them to do next. There needs to be a reason to do something, otherwise why should they change their ways?

These five tips are to help you create the body of your speech. But like any good story, you need a beginning and an end.

For the opening, start with an attention getter. An attention getter helps to set the scene for what you are about to present. When you know your three main points, you can incorporate them into your opening. A good opening will help to set the mood for the talk. It also helps people to focus on you and the presentation rather than everything else that they ‘should’ be doing. Different ways to start your speech can be with a question, an amazing fact or statistic, a quote or a story.

The closing is where you present your call to action. After you have given all this wonderful information, what is it that you want people to remember and do? What were the main points that you want them to focus on? What commitments do you want them to make? What actions do you want them to take? Like the opening, the closing can be done by asking your audience a question, finishing with a quote or telling in compelling story.

Public speaking is a powerful way to grow your business. Creating a professional speech or online seminar takes time, preparation and forethought. Understanding the key message you want to deliver, what impact you want to make, and what actions you want your audience to take will leave the audience feeling like your presentation was impactful and transformational.
